Zaina Budayr is a 200-hour certified yoga and meditation teacher passionate about helping people in fast-paced cityscapes find grounding through movement, breath, and mindfulness. Trained at Sky Ting Yoga, she integrates Katonah-inspired alignment, Taoist philosophy, and intentional breathwork to create space in both body and mind.
